RMA Procedure and Form
At 375LED, we strive to ensure that every product you purchase is of the highest quality. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise, and for that reason, we offer a streamlined RMA process for returns, repairs, or exchanges.
This guide provides a step-by-step outline of how to return or repair any defective merchandise and download the necessary form.
RMA Policy
RMA Process Overview:
- Initial Inquiry
- Contact our Support Team at support@375LED.us to report the issue with your product. Our team will assess whether the issue qualifies for an RMA.
- Complete the RMA Form
- Once approved, fill out the RMA form.
- Ensure that you have your product model, serial number and description of the issue ready for submission.
- Prepare Your Shipment
- After completing the form, pack the defective item securely, including the RMA form inside the package. Ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
- Ship the product to the address provided in the RMA form.
- Processing
- Once received, our technicians will assess the issue and either repair or replace the item.
- You will be updated on the status of your request via email.
- Resolution
- Depending on the findings of the assessment, we will either send a repaired unit, issue a replacement, or provide a refund/credit according to our warranty policy.
