Warranty Coverage
375LED warrants that its products, when sold by 375LED or authorized resellers, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment. This warranty is valid provided the products have been properly transported, stored, installed, and used according to 375LED’s instructions. The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or use in environments beyond product specifications.

Repair, Replacement, and Returns
In case of defects during the warranty period, 375LED will repair or replace the defective product or part (parts only, labor not included). If repair is not possible or a replacement is unavailable, 375LED may offer a substitute product of similar specifications. All claims under this warranty must be made within the warranty period.
To claim a warranty, the Buyer must return the defective product or part to 375LED’s regional office or headquarters at their own cost, with a statement identifying the issue. Repaired or replaced products will be returned to the Buyer at 375LED’s expense, excluding any customs or import fees. If a product is found to be in good working condition or damaged due to incorrect usage, service charges may apply.
For products not manufactured by 375LED but sold by 375LED, the warranty provided by the product manufacturer will apply. Replaced parts will carry the same warranty duration as the original purchase, and any defective parts become the property of 375LED.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Products exposed to extreme environments (e.g., marine, caustic, corrosive, or high temperature), unless the product was specifically designed for such conditions.
  • Damage from unsuitable cleaning agents.
  • Issues caused by an unstable or improper power source.
  • Costs for labor, removal, or reinstallation of products.
  • Products not sold by 375LED or its authorized resellers.

On-Site Service Option (Additional Cost)
For an additional cost, 375LED offers an on-site repair or replacement service for products, especially for larger installations where removal and shipping are impractical. This service must be purchased at the time of screen acquisition and includes repair support at the installation site, reducing downtime and logistics concerns.

Transferable Warranty
The warranty is transferable to a new owner if the product is resold or transferred during the warranty period. This ensures that the new owner will continue to benefit from the original warranty terms, adding value and flexibility to the product’s lifespan.

Important Notes

  • 375LED may use new, refurbished, or reconditioned parts for repairs.
  • The warranty only applies to the original buyer and cannot be transferred to third parties or end users, except when using the transferable warranty option.
  • 375LED’s liability is limited to the terms of this warranty and does not extend beyond this document.
